Q: What is the AUE Auto Update Experation on this model?
A: The AUE is June 2029.
A: I just bought the Chromebook, but I had the same problem with the HP laptop I bought several years ago. Like the Chromebook, it also charges via a USB-C port. The fingers in the USB-C connector on the power supply cable eventually wore out and would not make a tight, reliable connection. A new power supply (can be bought inexpensively) fixed the problem.
