CeraVe AM Face Moisturizer SPF 30 is an oil-free daily facial moisturizing lotion with SPF 30, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide that offers UV protection, and contains ceramides to help restore the skin's barrier. This CeraVe face moisturizer with sunscreen is a hydrating facial lotion that spreads easily, is absorbed quickly, and leaves a non-greasy finish. Non-comedogenic face sunscreen won't clog pores, so is suitable for all skin types. This CeraVe sunscreen moisturizer features three essential ceramides, hydrating hyaluronic acid and soothing niacinamide, plus patented MVE Delivery Technology to supply much-needed moisture throughout the day. Sunscreen for face is allergy tested, oil-free, fragrance-free, and developed with dermatologists.

Use this daily face sunscreen as the last step in a morning skincare routine. If layering with an eye cream, moisturizer or facial serum, apply CeraVe AM facial lotion after other product applications have been fully absorbed
Unlock the pump for first time use by twisting it to the left and pressing down several times until the product comes out. Note: You may actually have to press down on the pump as many as 10-20 times to initially begin dispensing lotion.
Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
Reapply at least every 2 hours
Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
Children under 6 months of age, ask a doctor

Everything about it is great! It doesn't irritate my eyes when I put it on my eyelids, it doesn't have a white cast, it doesn't smell weird, and it doesn't make me look greasy. I have tried others that had cuter containers so I could leave my moisturizer out on my bathroom counter but they all suck.

I really wanted to like the CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion with SPF 30, but unfortunately it just didn’t work for me. No matter how I applied it-on its own, after other products, or with the lightest touch-it kept pilling on my skin. I’d end up with tiny white flakes or beads all over my face, which made layering anything else impossible.

I saw ads, heard some good things about the brand so I thought I would give it a try. I fell in love with the PM moisturizer, oil cleanser and the hydrating face wash. I was excited to try the AM moisturizer with spf 30 and it was horrible. The texture was pasty, white cast and pills whether I have other serums underneath or just on freshly cleaned face. I thought it could be a bad batch since the expiration date is not until 2026. I went and bought another one because I really wanted it to work but it failed me again. I tried using a little bit at a time and build it up but still having a hard time rubbing it in regardless light or heavy handed. I made sure to shake it well before use but it made no difference. I have tried many moisturizers and many brands but this is the worse ever. I would definitely not repurchase.

This lotion is just meh for me. It’s so thick it takes forever to rub in. You’d think that because it is, your face would be so moisturized and glowing. False. Something in the formulation (maybe the spf) makes it pill and dry out my skin. No scent, which is good, but I won’t be repurchasing.

I bought this to use every day since I walk my dogs every day and spend a lot of time outside. I like how it works and it feels light after putting it on and not like other sunscreen. I thought this would be more of a moisturizing lotion, which it is but definitely smells like sunscreen. I’ll still likely purchase this again.

There is no scent. I love the SPF- not too much or too little- just right. You do have to put some effort into rubbing it in. It doesn’t make my sensitive skin break out. Putting on makeup after this is not my favorite thing- I usually will add another moisturizer on after if I have to put makeup on too.

This product is not a moisturizer, it is just straight sunscreen, looks like sunscreen, smells like sunscreen, and goes on skin like sunscreen. Except that it's not a good face sunscreen option either. It's greasy and pills easily so you can't get good coverage and can't apply makeup on top of it. This product was a zero star experience for me :(

Loveeee!! I have sensitive skin and it literally doesn’t break me out. It doesn’t really have a scent so if you don’t like scents you would like this. The texture is very smooth and light. And I like the packaging and the way the product comes out
