Customers frequently mention the MacBook Air's ease of use, impressive battery life, and lightweight design as significant strengths. Its performance, particularly with the M1 chip, also receives high praise, along with its compact size and attractive price point. However, some users express concerns about the limited number of ports and the 8GB RAM configuration. A few also note that the device's heat generation is a point of discussion among users.

This is the perfect size laptop for school or anything else really. It’s very easy to navigate and adjust to if you’re use to Microsoft computers. You can still download Microsoft word and PowerPoint if you need to use them. Only down fall is it only pretty much just has the power cord port and a head phone port, so you have to buy an adapter to connect a USB or HDMI to the laptop. This is already an expensive laptop so it a little annoying that you have to buy another piece. It is really fast though and has tons of memory. I love the fingerprint touch to unlock the computer and to log in to certain things, it’s very convenient. The battery normally lasts me 3 days before I have to charge it again and it charges back up really fast. The keyboard is very comfortable and this laptop is overall much worth the price!

Would recommend this computer to everyone. Easy to use and was a game changer. I’m not very good with computers especially when going back to college and completing my studies online only. The MacBook Air was great in staying charged for so long without turning off. Great for multiple opened widows. I used this computer as a personal assistant was great for planning and much more list goes on.

when I tell you I am smitten by this laptop.... I’m 26 and have never owned my own laptop or made such a hefty purchase but man, was she worth it. I spent over a week spinning my wheels about what kind of device to get and what brand. Although I am a loyal Apple customer, I didn’t want to spend too much money and was actually going to purchase a windows mid price laptop. BUT, I just KNEW I wouldn’t be completely happy with it and I’d keep thinking about this MacBook Air. I wanted something that would knock me off my feet, something I’m used to functioning (I’m familiar and comfortable with apple products), and something that would last me a LONG TIME. Another huge piece of my decision making is the fact that I wanted to be able to play Sims 4 on my new laptop. I’m aware Apple devices historically aren’t for gaming, but guess what, this new M1 chip isn’t messing around. After chatting with some tech professionals at Best Buy and them assuring me this laptop would run Sims 4 beautifully, I knew what I had to do. Let me just say that the Big Sur update along with this M1 chip make this laptop an absolute DREAM. She is incredible and I cherish her. She runs so smoothly, plays Sims SO smoothly, all of the new updates are outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier. Worth every dollar spent. 5/5 purchase. You won’t regret it. :)
