Q: Can I pair these with my Samsung TV?
A: I experiance that the head set easily connected with my Samsung TV. But the sound is staccato like broken in blits of sound, silence, sound, silence and that is quite annoying. Works fine with my Apple pbone though.

Q: Is there latency when watching videos?
A: I have found the response to be perfect and lag free.
Q: Are they louder than the xm2?
A: The Sony App has a, EQ function which allows you to select several EQ presets or to create your own EQ setting. The various setting sound different and affect perceived loudness.
Q: will these headphones hook up to smart trv for use with tv
A: Yes they will. You can connect them using the included 3.5 mm mini stereo connector or by Bluetooth if your TV is Bluetooth enabled.
A: I have found the call quality to be excellent. There is nothing these headphones don't do well. The people I have spoken too can't even tell that I am on a Bluetooth call.
A: A powered USB port is required to charge these headphones. A USB C cable is included. The reason your TV didn't charge the headphones is possibly because the USB port on some TV's are not powered, or not powered sufficiently to charge a device. I would try another USB port on your TV, if it has one. If not, in my experience virtually any powered USB port will charge these headphones.
Q: I am considering buying the xm2 so why should I consider buying the wh xm3 instead???
A: These are much better and worth the extra $50 or however much the difference is at the time of reading this. The sound quality is better, the ANC is 4 times better, and they are much more comfortable. Plus, they charge with USB-C and have quick charging that gives you 5 hours of playback for just 10 minutes of charging.
