Q: How many long does battery lasts when fully charged?
A: We would like to let you know, at full charge, the unit will run for 17 minutes. Using Boost mode exhausts battery life at a faster rate. If Boost mode is engaged at all times, the unit will run for 8 minutes.
Q: Does anyone else notice that this vacuum makes a loud screeching noise or did I get a defective one?
A: Yes mine is so loud and it rattles and pet hair is stuck on the inside clear cap it’s inaccessible but very visible it’s very frustrating
Q: Will this handle a lot of cat hair?
A: You have to empty the collector a lot, more frequently than suggested. I have 2 Dogs, short hair.- And I find I have to empty frequently to keep the floor clean. The collection container is verysmall and cannot hold much.
A: The wheels cannot be taken off; to carefully remove any hair or debris caught around them, we suggest using tweezers or pliers for assistance.

Q: Does hair cut tangled in the brush roller?
A: Yes it does get tangled. same as all vacuums with bristles.
Q: How do you clean the filter?
A: It comes off easily. I think I saw the directions in the box when I bought it. There is a real sense button.
Q: they sell extra batteries, because the battery lasts very little time
A: No idea. But, I get my small area done so quickly that battery life has not been an issue.
