Good Quality
We’ve hade a configuration of this couch for about 3 years. We’re not super high traffic, but I am 6’ 210 lbs and the couch has held up well to my ups and downs, etc. it was a bit pricey compared to some others but I have been really happy with the quality of this couch. I think it will last 20 years if treated appropriately (no kids using it as a jungle gym, etc.).

Warranty is worthless
We have loved the couch but the warranty is a scam. Because my 4 year old couch has stains on other parts of the couch they will not replace the zipper of the chaise! Even though they did about a year ago on a different cushion which means we can't even get the money back from the warranty since they covered one thing in the last 4 years. Seems like I was set up and lied to. It also feels like families are being taken advantage since the warranty is definitely to good to be true

I have enjoyed this couch thus far. I was hesitant to purchase due to the reviews but since it was a great sale I went ahead and bought it. Bought it in January, I waited a while for this sofa to come because it was a special order. Once it got closer for sofa to come I ran into issue after issue with delivery. Apparently Macys has changed distribution centers. So I waited weeks and weeks additional with back and forth calls not knowing where my furniture was getting the run arounds. Complete frustration. My account was credited only to still be billed the full amount. So having to call around and deal with that. It’s been a headache dealing with this but I’m truly happy with my furniture

Love my Radley Sectional!
I bought my Radley sectional in early March 2025. I love it. It is a great color (Heavenly Beige) and fits perfectly into my family room. (I measured beforehand). It has held up well so far. I don’t have a large family with rambunctious kids and lots of adults lounging so I’m confident that the cushions will hold up well. My fiend purchased the couch last fall and recommended it to me however I have been waiting to purchase this for a few or more years. The saleswoman told me that it is their bestseller and has been for a couple of decades!! Great price on sale!!

Poor quality
I gave one star for customer services who handled my case many times. The sectional was not comfortable at all and became soft and retain body shape. I had it inspected after 3 months and they decided to replaced it; however, the replacement order even though it was packed , it was returned and already used. One piece had burned fabric. I reported it again. They offer to have another replacement that may take up to 2 month to have it delivered. finally I decided to keep it as it is and have 20% of it’s price refunded. A lot of stress . I would not recommend this sectional to anybody.

Purchased early April
I purchased this sofa early April for my home office. Delivery was supposed to be early May; however, after speaking with customer service I found out it won't arrive until July 7th. I really want this item but would not have ordered it if I knew it would take this long. Macy's should have more precise ordering information and faster delivery times

54 inch Love Seat Sofa Bed
Comfortable - sturdy -great value Delivery was delayed but in the end Macy’s can through with the delivery in the anticipated date despite the trucking issues
