Questions & Answers (419)
- A: HUGE thanks to Insignia customer service (I called with the same exact issue). Here's what I did with their help, so hope it works for you too: Have Xbox plugged in to HDMI 1 and on Hold Home button on TV remote until little menu pops on right side of screen Go To Picture Go to Advanced Settings Go to HMDI Input Mode Mine was set to auto, but manually change it to the 2.0 option. Once I did that, Xbox automatically detected the change and set the console to 4K.
Q: The stand.....what is the dimension from foot to foot? (2 answers)
A: Inside the legs is 29” and furthest outside points is 33.5”.- A: Yes, try this go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input. Make sure you have the latest firmware version, go Home > Settings > Device & Software > About > Check for System Update.
- A: This TV doesn't need a Fire Stick because the Fire TV experience is already built-in. If you want to use your cable box, you need to connect it to the TV using an HDMI cable and you need to use the cable remote to change channels. Try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input. 4K - UHD streaming needs at least 25 Mbps.
Q: Can you connect an iPhone/iPad via AirPlay? (3 answers)
A: As far as I know and have tried, no, not able to connect with Airplay. Hope this helps.- A: You can download the YouTube TV app.
Q: Does this TV have Roku installed? (3 answers)
A: No, this is a FIRE TV Edition, meaning instead of Roku it has an amazon Firestick basically installed within the TV! It's totally awesome and I highly recommend this TV!
