Q: What is the difference between the iPad air and the iPad pro?

A: There are 6 main differences: (1) The Pro has a barely noticeable slightly larger screen; (2) the Pro has more ram (I believe 8 versus 4); (3) the Pro has a faster processor; (4) the Pro has a 120 refresh rate, versus a 60 for the Air; (5) the base model of the Pro has 128GB of storage, versus 64GB for the Air; and (6) $200! The Air is already a powerhouse, so most people would probably not notice the difference between the Pro and Air in terms of performance (my kid has an Air, and I can’t see a performance difference). The 120 versus 60 refresh rate is only noticeable if you’re already used to 120 elsewhere (like your phone), but even then, not really a big deal (my phone is 60, and I’m still fine with the phone). The 0.1 size difference is not something you’d notice unless you’ve got both devices side by side. The storage is what it is. I would think 64 is enough for most, but maybe not. I have the Pro and I’m not even close using 64, let alone 128. So why did I get the Pro? Because I want this thing to be future proof. Hopefully, it will still hold its own 5 years from now.

Q: I have the ipad pro 2020 version.. Will there be a way of doing a trade in for the newest model?

A: Yes, either through Apple themselves, or in store at bestbuy.

Q: Does this iPad have a headphone jack

A: no but you might b able to get it to work usb c adapter

Q: I have a 10 year old iPad- want to buy a new one but am afraid I will not be able to transfer over my purchased books. I am an older person who has used Macs for years, but am unsure of what I might lose if I try to sync my Kindle library and Audible book

A: You will not lose anything. Your kindle and audible libraries are stored on the cloud. At worst, you will have to reinstall the app and download them again locally. I recently bought a new iPad. During the setup process, it retrieved all my setting and software from my iPhone. Once the setup was completed, my kindle app and library was downloaded on my new IPad. You are good.

    Q: what does cellular mean?

A: Cellular is where you have phone usage from your provider, and can make and accept calls right from the iPad.

Q: Will the old 11 inch magic keyboard work with the new 11 inch iPad pro? Or will I need to buy a new magic keyboard like how the 12.9 inch ipad pro is incompatible to the old magic keyboard?

A: Actually they came out and said it will work with the 12.9 but won't fit perfect since it's thicker. I've read also the 11 is the same size.

Q: Does it come with a sim or SD card To set it up if not which one do I need to purchase for the 2021ipadpro 11inch 125 Gb

A: You do not need to purchase any as it won’t help. Apple does not give you the ability to add a sd card and the WiFi only model does not allow you add a SIM card. If you want more storage, buy a bigger gig. If you want to add a SIM card, buy the cellular model. It is a beast and can handle everything you throw at it.

Q: What is the actual model number I can use to purchase a case? I copy paste this one that shows and it’s not the one. It asks for one of these : A2301, A2459, A2460, A2377)

A: It’s the A2377, but since this question is over a year old, hopefully someone got back to you before now ;) I think the body wasn’t changed though so “iPad Pro 11inch” is all you need to find a compatible case, I’m using an older case right now actually.
