Waiting for my Black Friday purchase!

I ordered a Ninja Blender on black Friday. Here it is a day after Christmas, and I still have not received it. I can't seem to get an explanation from Macys. What is the problem?

Perfect commercial grade

Love this new blender. Enough to write a review. Powerul. But be super careful when you remove the blade to clean though it is razor sharp and cuts badly.

Received the Wrong Blender Request for Exchange

I know this is a review, but I couldn’t find a location to request an exchange for the blender. We bought a black blender with dark grey or charcoal black around the buttons, but we received one with light grey, which we did not order. We are not asking for a refund, but we would like to receive the blender we originally purchased. If possible, could you let us know where we can exchange it for the correct one we saw when we bought it on November 28th? I enjoy this type of blender, which is why I repurchased it after my old one broke, but I am not satisfied with the one that was sent to us. I’ve uploaded a picture showing what we received along with our purchase email for reference. Hopefully, I can get a response from the Macy’s team if you see this review.
