A: All it comes with is a charger and the tablet. Every microsoft accessory seems to come in $50's.....50 for this,.....100 for that......150 for that. You can find much better value in similar products with the same specs but cost way less.
A: This Surface Go 2 does not include a keyboard. If you're interested in getting one, we suggest checking out Surface Go Signature Type Cover here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/microsoft-surface-go-signature-type-cover-poppy-red/6408852.p?skuId=6408852.
Q: Does it have a USB port? Do they make flash drives specifically for it?
A: Surface Go 2 has one USB-C port. It can connect to a standard USB flash drive if you use a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
A: Great question! Switching out of S mode is one-way. If you switch out of S mode, you'll need to keep using the standard version of Windows 10. If you're interested in learning how to take Surface Go 2 out of S mode you can do so here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode.
Q: Can you install microsoft office on this or is it included?
A: It does not come installed, but it can be installed, just as on any other Microsoft product. The Surface GO2 does come with the standard 30 day 'teaser'.
A: Great question! The dimensions for Surface Go 2 are 9.65” x 6.9” x 0.33” which are the same for the original Surface Go.

Q: Is a mouse or pencil required to use as a tablet? Or does a keyboard appear on the tablet screen?
A: There is an option in the task bar to select the keyboard on the touch screen. When you click in a typing space, it might not always appear, so you would have to tap the little icon in the bottom right hand corner for it to appear. I have both a pen and a keyboard for the ease of use, however.
